After an initial design consultation, BizStream decided to invest in two Loop Cube privacy pods, which are now used daily for quiet work, virtual calls, and one-on-one meetings. This has freed up permanent conference rooms for larger gatherings, optimizing the workspace. Additionally, a third unit—a custom designed Loop Access 1 privacy pod—was acquired and transformed into a dedicated space for nursing employees. It now provides a peaceful, secure environment where new mothers can take care of their needs without worrying about interruptions or a lack of space.
Loop’s comprehensive virtual demonstration was key in understanding and meeting BizStream’s needs. By presenting the product virtually to BizStream, we were able to clearly communicate our product’s scale and features while showcasing Loop’s quality and design details. It also allowed us to answer all of BizStream’s questions including about delivery. With clear instruction manuals and Loop’s modular design, BizStream’s facility team was easily able to install the product upon arrival.
Visually, the selection of the walnut exterior made the Loop office pods feel right at home next to BizStream’s existing wood furniture. The bright blue pops of color for the seats and laminate, along with custom frosted glass, helped BizStream showcase their unique brand and company identity.
